Right now while your reading this your desperate and worried, but I want you to stop the panic, concentrate on what I'm telling you and understand that what you are suffering is VERY common amongst us and its NOT deadly or harmful in any way to your body and you need to keep telling yourself that you can cure anxiety because it can be done. You can not die and each episode/attack should not last longer then three minutes.

When I was 18 I didn't have the best of lifestyles, I was doing what many young adults would do, going to pubs and party's, going around mates houses smoking countless amount of roll ups until 4 in the morning while being in  a smoke  filled  room, drinking a lot of coffee and energy drinks while living off takeaways. By the end of what I though was a fun time I was jobless, lost my car, stressed and worried with a lot of things on my mind about family and relations with the friends around me at the time. I was walking home one night and it was a cold night, I felt my chest cramping up and I couldn't breath to well, so I got into bed when I arrived home but that wasn't the end. My chest felt like it was getting tighter and tighter and my lungs felt like they were going to collapse. I felt like I was having a heart attack and my hands were covered in sweat. As I wiped the sweat away my hands were drenched again within a second, I was so worried and scared that I almost called an ambulance but ended up worrying and crying myself to sleep.

The next day was nearly as bad as the night, I just couldn't get a full breath of air, as much as I tried, it just felt like my lungs were working at half capacity. As you know, its hard to explain what you feel like to someone who hasn't suffered with anxiety, but I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy due to the thought of constant helplessness & suffering doesn't seem fair to anyone. I had a couple more panic attacks after my first occasion I told you about, I would say around 5 before I had to put a stop to it. I devised different methods and ways to help complete the perfect recovery plan, which I share with you now, anxiety freedom.

If you are going to carry on reading this method to cure anxiety be aware that YOU are going to change YOU with MY HELP. There isn't a magic pill that will make it better, its going to take work and dedication and you will benefit and feel at LEAST 25% better within a week if the plan is followed correctly. If you aren't willing to put in the effort and help yourself there is not point carrying on reading this as there is no hope until you get to a point which YOU want change. I have created tasks and challenges for you to complete below which will set you on the road to recovery. You will be retraining your brain into understanding a normal level of anxiety which you use to experience before you had anxiety attacks or negative emotions/feelings. I got the tools and you have to learn and carry on what is taught. Think of it like this; your driving instructor will teach you how to drive, but once you have passed your driving test you have to carry on what you have learnt alone and improve until driving is something that is stuck there in your Sub concious mind which you do without a second thought. You will be retraining your sub concious mind to understand the normal level of anxiety again.
